Will of Francis Forysth

Francis Forysth deceased.
In the name of God Amen I Francis
Forsyth of Tilting in the District of Fogo, do declare this
to be my last will and testament revoking all preceding ones.
1. I leave
to William Forsyth, my brother at Hanover, Mass. U.S.A.
one hundred and twenty five dollars ($125), the same to be sent to
him in care of the Parish Priest of Hanover.
I leave to my niece Mary Esther Harrigan the sum of twenty-five dollars;
and to my niece Julia Keough the sum of five dollars.
3. I request that fifty dollars be set apart for masses for the repose
of my soul, and fifty dollars for headstone on which must be engraved
the names of my dead parents brothers and sisters as well as my own.
4. The remainder of my personal estate I leave to my sister Maria
I hereby appoint Rev. W.P. Finn my executor (signed) Francis
her x mark Forsyth. witnesses Patrick
McGrath William A. Keough. Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of Francis
Forsyth and in the presence of each other. Witnesses William
A. Keough Patrick McGrath.
