In re
      JANE FORSEY.       DECEASED.

I, Jane Forsey, of Grand Bank, in the District of Burin, Newfoundland, do make and publish this my last will and testament.
1^st. I give and bequeath to my daughter-in-law, Florence, and to her son Eugene A. Forsey, (if they should survive me) ten dollars each.
2^nd. All the rest and residue of my estate, both real and personal I give, devise, and bequeath to my three daughters Maria A., Blanche, and Mabel.
3^rd. If either of my daughters should marry, she relinquishes her claim to the house and property adjoining, as long as either of the other two remain unmarried.
I appoint my said daughters, Maria A., Blanche, and Mabel, to be joint executricks of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this thirty first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.
