In re
      GEORGE ROBERT FORSEY         deceased.

      I, George Robert Forsey of Grand Bank in the District of Burin, Newfoundland, at present Stipendiary Magistrate, do make and publish this my last will and testament; hereby revoking and annulling all former wills by me at any time heretofore made, and I declare this writing and no other to be my last will and testament.
      1^st I give and bequeath to each of my children who may survive me a sum of ten dollars, to buy a ring or some other trinket as a keepsake.
      2^nd All the rest and residue of my estate, both real and personal, I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Jane, for her sole use absolutely.
      3^rd I appoint my said wife, Jane, to be sole executrix of this my last will and testament.    In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this tenth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and one.    Geo. R. Forsey.
