Will of Rebecca Ford In re This is the last will of me
Rebecca Ford of St. John’s Newfoundland widow and I revoke all
former wills by me made. I appoint James Ford my son to be the executor
of this my will. I give devise and bequeath to my sons Richard and James and daughter Louisa the premises known as “the Cove” situate
on the north side of the Southside Road to be held by them and receive
the benefits therefrom as follows: that is to say my said daughter during
her life is to receive and own all moneys or other proceeds earned or
arising from the use of the waters of the said Cove and my said sons
are to have and use the said Cove as they have and use the same at present
and after the death of my said daughter my said sons are to own the said
Cove absolutely in equal shares and as tenants in common Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
