Will of Robert Forbes Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me Robert Forbes of Saint John's in the Island of Newfoundland Engineer. I hereby revoke all former testamentary dispositions by me at any time heretofore once made and declare this to be my last will and Testament. I direct that all my just debts testamentary and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate. I hereby give devise and bequeath unto my beloved wife Eliza Forbes my land and dwelling house situate on the North side of Hamilton Street in St. John's To hold the same unto my said wife Eliza Forbes for ever. I give and bequeath unto my said wife all monies arising from my life insurance in the Masonic Society. All the rest residue and remainder of my property and generally all property of which I may be possessed or entitled to at the time of my death I give and bequeath to my said wife Eliza Forbes. I hereby appoint my said wife Eliza Forbes executrix of this my last will. In witness whereof I the said Robert Forbes have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's aforesaid this twenty fifth day of December anno Domini one thousand nine hundred. (Sgd) Robert Forbes. Signed by the said testator as his last will and testament in the presence of us both being present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
