      JOHN FORAN.     DECEASED.

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Foran of Saint John’s in the Island of Newfoundland Grocer.

1. I appoint my wife Catherine Foran sole Executrix of this my Will.

2. I give devise and bequeath to my said wife Catherine Foran all my Estate and effects of every description absolutely.

WITNESS my hand at Saint John’s aforesaid this 18^th day of September Anno Domini one Thousand Nine hundred and Twenty Two.
