      JAMES FOLEY.

I, James Foley of Point Moll Argentia being of sound mind memory and understanding do hereby make my last will and testament.
First; I bequeath absolutely to Gertrude Kelly her heirs or assigns the piece of ground known as the Landwash Meadow bounded on the N by Lawrence Lawlors land on the east by Garden Road - serpeating Michl Smiths land from it on the south by Local Road and on the west by the seashore.
Second; I bequeath absolutely to Mary Ann Lawlor her heirs or assigns that piece of land known as Shalloway Meadow bounded on the north by John Foleys land - this boundary extending north to what was always fenced for meadow land - on the east by John Foleys land on the south by a line 500 yards north of Point Moll Local Road and on the west by Lawrence Lawlors land.
Third; I bequeath absolutely to Paul Kelly his heirs or assigns my dwelling and stable and contents and land connected with same - bounded on the north 500 yards from Point Moll Local Road on the east by John Foleys land, on the south by Michl Smith land and on the west by Mary Ann Lawlors.
Fourth; All pasture lands on all other lands claimed by me to be the property absolutely of the said Paul Kelly his heirs or assigns.
Fifth; That Mary Ann Lawlor permit Paul Kelly a right of way though the land I bequeathed to her in order to reach the seashore.
Witness my hand this thirty-first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty eight.
