In re
William Foard deceased. In the name of God amen the fifth
day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and
twelve I William Foard of Tilton in the vicinity of Spaniards
Bay Farmer being thrue the bless of God in a sound state of mind and memory
but calling to mind the on certeny of life and that it is appointed to
all men once to die do make and ordain this my will and testament that
is to say principly with respect to my wordly estate Ey give bequath and
dispose of it in the manner and propertions has following
first Ey give
to my sun John all Ey possess my lands and propertys together with house
and out houses and such as may be in my possession to have at his own desposal
until his death after that it is to be divided into tree parts Gerry
Foard one part if he stays wit him if not he forfards all clames Ey bequath to
James Burn one part out of tree after the deth of my sun John his wife
also is to dwell on it on desturved as long as she remain has his wife
after the deth of my son his wife is never to sell any thing muvelen belong
to the place farther more my sun John is never to sell or give any perten
of this land to the Fitzgereles it is never to be sold to them ether before
his deth or after. This is my last will and testament. In witness whereof
Ey have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above wretten -
William his X mark Foard - Signed sealed published pronounced and delevered
by the said William Foard as his last will and testament in the presence
of us the subscrebers. William his X mark Brown Jacob his X mark Smith
