      Patrick Flynn          deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Patrick Flynn of St. John’s Labourer after the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath all the property both real and personal which I may die possessed of to my dear wife Ellen     I appoint my said wife Ellen Executrix of this my will     St. John’s    April 22 1908 (sgd) Patrick Flynn. Signed published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other and at his request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses (sgd) J T Martin (sgd) M.P. Gibbs
