Will of Patrick Flynn from Newfoundland will books volume 14 page 271 probate year 1928 In re DECEASED. In the name of God, Amen. In this my last will and testament I hereby bequeath unto my beloved wife Alice Flynn, during her lifetime, the free and uninterrupted use and occupation of my house out-houses and lands on the understanding that she will permit any of my children (in the event of their wanting to do so) to share with her the use of the above mentioned property either by occupying part of the house or outhouses or to building on any part of the land they may deem suitable for such purpose or work the land for such purposes as they may think fit in earning for themselves a living or otherwise. In the
event of my wife not occupying my house after my death then the whole of
my property is to revert to my son Gregory Daniel Flynn and if none of my
other children want the use or occupation of my property then my son Gregory
Daniel Flynn is to use his own discretion in disposing of the property to
the best advantages and dividing the proceeds equally between my wife Alice
Flynn, my children: - Mary Teresa Talbot (if living) Bridget Philimina, Elizabeth
Helina, Annie Christina Patrick Augustine Flynn, also Gregory Daniel Flynn,
the latter to be and is hereby now appointed my executor. Should my son Gregory
Daniel Flynn nor survive me then my executrix is to be my daughter Elizabeth
Helina Flynn to whom all the powers that I have given Gregory Daniel Flynn will revert. In other words my daughter Elizabeth Helina Flynn will have
in the administring of my estate the same powers I have given Gregory Daniel
Flynn should he not survive me. CORRECT (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
