In re
      MICHAEL FLYNN deceased.

      This is the last will and testatment of me Michael Flynn, formerly of Harbour Main in the Island of Newfoundland but at present of Norris Arm in the said Island:    I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and I appoint my son James Flynn the executor of this my will :     I leave to my son Thomas Flynn the piece of land situate at Harbour Main aforesaid known as the Lower Garden attached to Patrick Flynn’s land on the Main Road and now occupied by my said son Thomas Flynn;    I give and bequeath to my said son James Flynn all the rest of my property of every kind and description whatsoever and wheresoever situated, including in particular one strip of land at the south side of Harbour Main aforesaid, having buildings thereon, and one strip on the main road about a quarter of a mile of the settlement, excepting only from my said land the land hereinbefore bequeathed to my said son Thomas.
WITNESS my hand at Norris’ Arm aforesaid this 20^th day of January A.D. 1914.    Michael his X mark Flynn.     Signed published and declared by the testator as and for his last will and testament in presence of us, both being present at the same time, who in his presence and at his request hereunto subscribe ourselves as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof (the same having been previously read over to the testator in presence of both of us and he, appearing perfectly to understand the same, signed the same by making his mark thereto in our presence.    W.J.
