Will of Joseph Flynn In re WILL This is the last will and testament of me, Joseph Flynn, of St. John’s West, Gentleman, made by me on the twenty third day of September 1924. I hereby revoke all former wills made by me. I bequeath my house in Hamilton Street to my son John Flynn I bequeath all furniture & goods & chattels to Mary Ellen wife of my son John. I bequeath my house in Job Street to my daughters Mrs. William Ryan and Mrs William Lane, the latter residing in Boston. I bequeath to my son William Flynn at present in Boston Mass. One hundred dollars And to my son Nicholas Flynn One hundred dollars. I appoint Mrs. William Ryan of St. John’s in the Island of Newfoundland my daughter executrix of this my will. JOSEPH FLYNN. Signed published & declared by the testator as & for his last will in presence of us who in his presence & in presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses. Frederick Bursell. T. P. Halley.
