Gregory Flood.

This is the last will and testament of me Gregory Flood of the district of St John's West Extern made this third day of April one thousand nine hundred and thirty one hereby revoking all former wills and testaments by me at any time made.
I appoint my wife Margaret executrix of this my last will and testament. After payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses I give devise and bequeath to my said wife Margaret all my property of every description during her lifetime and upon her death the said property shall be the property of my son John absolutely.
