Will of Charles Fleet from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 49 probate year 1929 In re DECEASED. WILL OF CHARLES FLEET I, Charles Fleet, of Dunfield Trinity Bay, make in manner and form following. 1st. I give and bequeath to my son William Fleet, all my personal property, consisting of fishing traps, nets and caplin seine, fishing boats, wharves and flakes with water side property, also my dwelling house and all stores and stables, and everything I possess, except one garden situate on the Eastern side of Dunfield, and near the late George Hall's property. This garden in question I give and bequeath to my daughter Maud Woolridge wife of Robert Woolridge, forever. In consideration of the above bequest to my son William Fleet, he must support me as long as I live and I am to live on the above mentioned property as long as I live or remove from it at my own will and pleasure. In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Trinity Newfoundland, this tenth day of January 1919. CHARLES FLEET. Signed sealed and declared by the said Charles Fleet in the presence of us and in the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses hereunto, at the date above written, having also been first read over and explained.
