In re John T. Fitzpatrick       deceased

This is the last will and Testament of me John T. Fitzpatrick of St. John's Gentleman. I bequeath to my daughters, Agnes and Ellen all my properties situate on New Gower Street and Steven Street to hold between them as tenants in common. I also bequeath to my daughters, Agnes and Ellen all monies in Government Savings Bank. I appoint Michael Connors of St. John's. Druggist. Executor of this my will which I hereby execute on the 9^th day of May A.D. 1918, signed J. Fitzpatrick. Published and declared and signed by the testator at his last will in the presence of us who, in his presence and in the presence of each other hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses F. G. Harris     L. P. Halley
