Will of William Fitzgerald from Newfoundland will books volume 7 page 175 probate year 1902 Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and testament of me William
Fitzgerald of Topsail Road near Beaconsfield in the island of Newfoundland
Farmer made this 21st day of January A.D. 1893. I give devise and bequeath
unto my wife Mary the farm and lands of every description situate on the Topsail
Road aforesaid on which I now reside and all the buildings on the same and
furniture and property of every description whatsoever for her sole use and
benefit for and during her natural life and on her death the said property
is to go to my son James to have and to hold the same for ever subject however
to the condition that during the lifetime of my daughters Catherine
Agnes and Winifred and Bridget they are as long as they remain unmarried to have the
right of living and residing in my said house. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the will of William Fitzgerald deceased D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
