In re
      PATRICK J. FITZGERALD.     DECEASED.

This is the last will and testament of me, Patrick J. Fitzgerald, of St. John’s, Shoemaker.

I appoint my wife Clara, the executrix of this my last will.

I direct that my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, first be paid.

I give devise and bequeath unto my executrix all property real and personal of which I may die possessed to be hers absolutely.

Dated at St. John’s this 31^st December 1925.
