Will of Margaret Fitzgerald, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 159 probate year 1930 IN RE. DECEASED MARGARET FITZGERALD THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me, MARGARET FITZGERALD of St John's in the Island of Newfoundland. I revoke all former wills by me at any time made and declare this to be my last will and testament. I desire that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be first paid out of my estate. I appoint my daughter Mary J. Buck the Executrix of this my last will and testament.
SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us, both present at the same time who at her request and in her presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses attesting the due execution hereof, (the same having first been read over and explained to the said testatrix in our presence, she appearing perfectly to understand the same and who signed the same by making her mark hereto).
