Will of Andrew Fitzgerald In re This is the last will and testament of me Andrew Fitzgerald of St. John’s Cooper I give devise and bequeath all my property of whatever nature or kind soever including my house No. 21 Princes St. and my interest in the lease of the land whereon the same is built to Mrs. Mary Walsh of St. John’s, wife of James Walsh she having cared for me and my wife in our illness to hold the same to the said Mary Walsh and her assigns for ever. I appoint the said James Walsh sole executor of this my will. Dated at St. John’s this 3rd day of May 1902 - Andrew x Fitzgerald - Signed published and declared by the said testator by making his mark as and for his last will and testament in our presence who in her presence at her request in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses, the same having been first read over and explained to the testator who fully understood the same.
