Louisa Dariah Carter Finn.

Know all men by these presents that this is the last will and testament of me Louisa Dariah Carter Finn and that I hereby revoke all other previous wills whatsoever made by me and that being of sound mind and memory and understanding I hereby bequeath all that I possess to my niece Maria Carter and after her death I will that the said property go to my grand niece Phyllis Carter and that I hereby appoint Maria Carter to be the executrix of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereto subscribed my hand this 7^th day of February A.D. 1924.
