Will of Mary Finlay from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 636 probate year 1892 Last will and testament of The last will and testament of Mary Finlay . In the name of God Amen. I Mary Finlay being sound of mind do hereby declare this to be my last will and testament. I leave my house to my son Thomas and my money I bequeath as follows: to my son John one hundred and forty dollars, to my son James one hundred and forty dollars, to my sons Thomas and William one hundred and twenty dollars each, to my daughters Johanna and Ellen one hundred and twenty dollars each, to my daughter Mary's children Ann and Thomas twelve dollars each. Whatever remains of my money I leave to my son Thomas in payment of expenses. I appoint my son John to be my executor.
