Will of Elizabeth Sarah Ann Finlay from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 146 probate year 1887 Last will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me Elizabeth Sarah Ann Finlay of St. John's Newfoundland widow revoking all wills or letters testamentary by me made heretofore. To my son Frederick William Finlay I give and bequeath all monies belonging to me save and except the sum of twenty pounds currency which I give to my servant Harriette Allan provided she is in my service at the time of my decease. To my son Frederick William Finlay I give and bequeath all my household furniture goods and chattels which may be in and upon the premises at the time of my decease. To my son Frederick William Finlay I give and bequeath that parcel of land situate in the rear of dwelling house and bounded on the north by railway track, and also to my son Frederick William Finlay I give and bequeath the land and house situated near the railway depot and adjoining Devon Row. Any further property monies or otherwise in which I may have an interest I also give and bequeath to my son Frederick William Finlay. I appoint my son Frederick Finlay and my friend Neil Campbell executors of this my last will and Testament in witness hereof I have hereunto set my hand this 27th day of June one thousand eight hundred and eighty seven.
