Will of William Fiander
Know all men by these presents, that I William Fiander, of Codroy, being in good health, and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First. I hereby constitute and appoint my wife, Katherine Fiander, to be sole executrix of this my last will, directing my said executrix to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses, and the legacies hereinafter given, out of my estate.
Second. After the payment of my said debts and funeral expenses, I give to my son, Max Fiander, all my property, land, house, out houses and barn, money in bank and in house, and everything I possess. My son Max is to support his mother, and see that she is well provided for.
In testimony whereof, I hereunto set my hand and seal, and publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, in the presence of the witnesses named below, this 18th day of Dec, in the year 1926.
Signed, sealed, published and declared by the said William Fiander, as and for his last will and testament, in presence of us, who, in his presence, and in the presence of each other, and at his request, have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.
