Will of Hannah Fennessey, from Newfoundland will books volume 15 page 374 probate year 1931

IN RE.                              DECEASED
Hannah Fennessey.

This is the Last Will and Testament of me Hannah Fennessey, spinster of Middle Cove Logy Bay in the electoral district of St John's East, Extern.
1. I declare all former wills by me, at any time made to be null and void and I declare this to be my last will and testament.
2. I appoint my Nephew Mogue Fennessey to be the executor of this my will
3. I direct that my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses be first paid out of my estate.
4. I give, devise and bequeath all property that I may die possessed of to my nephew Mogue Fennessey to be his absolutely.
As witness my hand this 6th day of February one thousand nine hundred and thirty one.
