Last Will and Testament of
Michael Feehan of St. John's
Licensed Publican deceased.

      In the name of God Amen This is the last will and Testament of me Michael Feehan of St. John's dealer.
First I desire that my executors hereinafter named and appointed shall pay all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses paid.
Second I give devise and bequeath to my dear wife Mary Joseph Feehan and her two children John and Maggie Feehan all my property goods monies chattels and effects that I may die possessed of for their use support and maintenance.
Thirdly I hereby appoint and constitute the Reverend Edmond Crook Roman Catholic Priest of St. Patricks and my wife Mary Joseph Feehan Executors of this my last will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto my hand set and subscribed at St. John's this 15^th day of February A.D. 1894 (sgd) Michael Feehan. Signed declared and published by the above Testator as and for his last will and Testament in our presence who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have hereto our hands set and subscribed the day and year first above written as witnesses.
