Last Will and Testament of
Patrick Farrell of St. John's
Chandler deceased.

      This is the last will and Testament of me Patrick Farrell of St. John's in the Island of Newfoundland I hereby revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made. I appoint Hon John Harris and Michael Connors of St. John's to be my Executors and direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
I give devise and bequeath unto my brother Thomas Farrell all my right title and interest in and to those houses and shops on Duckworth St. and that house and shop on Water St. in St. John's and also all the estate property, goods, chattels, moneys and effects of what nature or kind soever and of which I may die possessed
In witness whereof I the said Patrick Farrell have to this my last will and testament set my name this twelfth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety two. (Sgd) Patrick Farrell Signed by the Testator and acknowledged by him to be his last will and Testament in the presence of us, present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses.
