Will of Robert Evans Last will and Testament of To whom these presents shall come greeting know ye that I Robert Evans of St. John’s Newfoundland Spencer Street No. Thirty two do hereby give grant deliver make over after my death unto my three sons William James and Robert Evans to have and to hold henceforth for the term stated on the lease all that piece or parcel of land situated on Spencer Street No 32 measuring in front twenty two feet one inch rearage one hundred feet from street bounded on the north by land belonging to Henry Taylor on the south by land occupied by Charles Bond this is to be handed over unto my sons as soon as I am dead This tenth day of September in Saint John’s Newfoundland this is my last will and Testament. Signed by Robert Evans who now occupy said land. September the 10 1896. Witnesses (sgd) James Cook. (Sgd) Henry Taylor. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Robert Evans deceased D. M. Browning (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
