Will of Richard Escott Last Will and Testament of This is the last will and Testament of me Richard Escott of St. John's Labourer. I give devise and bequeath all my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever real and personal unto and to the use of my wife Elizabeth Escott her executors administrators and assigns absolutely. And I appoint my said wife executrix of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 20th day of September A.D. 1896. (Sgd) Richard his x mark Escott Signed by making his mark published and declared by the said Testator as and for his last will and Testament in our presence who in his presence and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses, the same having been first read over and explained to the said testator (sgd) J.N. Cleary. (Sgd) M.A. Kearney. I certify the foregoing to be a correct copy of the last will and Testament of Richard Escott deceased Registrar (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
