Will of Prescott Emerson from Newfoundland will books volume 5 page 386 probate year 1889 Last will and Testament This is the last will and Testament of me Prescott Emerson. I will and bequeath all that I may die possessed of to my wife Clara Emerson for her sole and separate use for and during her life, and afterward to my adopted son Charles Emerson. I invest my wife with full discretion as the management of my estate giving her power to sell if necessary in her judgment all landed and personal property, and invest the proceeds at her discretion.
