In re
STEPHEN EMBERLEY.
DECEASED.
This is the last will and testament of me Stephen Emberley, of St. John's
in the island of Newfoundland, Packer.
First:- I revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at any
time made.
Second:- I appoint my sister Maria the Executrix of this my will.
Third:- I give and bequeath the following legacies to
E.S.P. M.C.B.
Mrs
Lawrance Connelly, of Wood Street the sum of one hundred dollars To Mrs James
Brown of Wood Street the sum of one hundred dollars, and to Miss Lizzie Tilley of Cochrane Street the sum of one hundred dollars
Fourth:- All the rest, residue and remainder of my property of whatsoever nature
and wheresoever situate, after paying all my just debts, death duties, funeral
and testamentary expenses, I give and bequeath to my said sister Maria for
her absolute use and benefit for ever.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand at St. John's aforesaid, this
26th day of January 1928.

who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed
our names as witnesses.
