In re DECEASED.
MARION S. B. ELLIS.
This is the last will and testament of me, Marion Smith Bowden Ellis of Saint
John's in the Dominion of Newfoundland spinster.
- I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me at
any time made, and declare this to be my last will and testament.
- The only property of which I am possessed consists of a share in the estate
of the late Jane Ellis, of which Henry Blatch, of St. John's Newfoundland is
administrator, the property being situate at St. John's Newfoundland. I give
devise and bequeath my undivided share in the said estate of the late Jane
Ellis to my sister Katherine Caroline Ellis, of St. John's Newfoundland aforesaid
during her lifetime, and after her death to the parties hereinafter named absolutely
in the following proportions:
A two-third undivided interest to Letitia Blatch, wife of Henry Blatch of St.
John's Newfoundland.
A one-sixth undivided interest to Maud Grey, wife of Herbert Grey, of Hyde
Park Massachusetts.
A one-sixth undivided interest to Charles Y. Fixott of 38 Kempshott Road, Strathem
Common, London, England.
- I hereby appoint Henry Blatch, of St. John's Newfoundland, sole executor
of this my last will and testament.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand at St. John's aforesaid this
first day of November A.D. 1920

Signed by the said testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the
presence of us, who, at her request, in her presence, and in the presence of
each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
