Will of Charles Ellis In re I Charles Ellis of Patrick Street
St. John’s hereby revoke all former wills and codicils made by
me and appoint my son Charles Archer Ellis to be the sole executor of
this my last will and testament. I bequeath to each of my three sons.
George William Ellis Edwin Albert Ellis and Edward
Cyprian Ellis the
sum of fifty Dollars each to be paid to each, without interest, in instalments
of Ten Dollars per annum for a period of five years, the first payment
to be made one year after my death; and to my daughter Henrietta
Louisa Rouse of Chicago - I bequeath the sum of Three hundred
Dollars to be paid her, without interest, in instalments of Thirty Dollars
per year for a period of ten years the first instalment to be paid one
year after my death; and I direct my said Executor to pay the said annuities
out of the income from or proceeds of my share of Ellis Estate hereinafter
bequeathed to him. Certified correct, (Listed in the margin next to this will the following)
