      JOHN ELLARD.       DECEASED.

June 17^th 1927.
      This is my last will and Testament. By this will I revoke all whatsoever will heretofore by me made. I will and bequeath all that I have and possess, namely my house at Torbay and land in rearside sections of Torbay to my brother Patrick Ellard also my Cows, etc all that I own to same Patrick Ellard, but he has to pay my funeral expenses and keep me until I die.
Signed by me the 17^th day of June 1927
