Supreme Court

In the matter of the Estate
of the Children (infants) of
Martin Luther and Isabella Hall.

          Upon reading the Petition and affidavit of the Executors of the Will of the late Robert Alexander in the matter of certain legacies to the children (minors) of Martin Luther and Isabella Hall and the Will of the said Robert Alexander and upon hearing J. W. Winter Q.C. for the said Executors - It is ordered that Prescott Emerson Esquire Q.C., Chief Clerk and Registrar of the Supreme Court be, and he is hereby appointed Guardian of the Estate and Effects of the children (minors) of Martin Luther Hall of Liverpool England, Merchant, and Isabella, his wife, and each of them respectively namely, Ada Elizabeth, Catharine or Katie, Frederick Martin or Frank and of Isabella Helen and Archibald Alex.

Newfoundland
St. John's ss
George T. Rendell of St. John's aforesaid, Merchant, maketh oath and saith that deponent is one of the Executors of the Will of Robert Alexander, late of St. John's, Merchant, deceased.
That in and by the said Will there is a bequest of the residue to the certain children of Martin Luther and Isabella Hall.
That in the said Will of said Testator, the said children are named respectively Ada, Katie, Isabella, Frank and Archibald.
That deponent has learned from correspondence with the said parents of said children that their proper names are respectively Ada Elizabeth, Catharine (or Katie), Frederick Martin, or Frank, Isabella Helen and Archibald Alexander.
