John Power
To the Honourable the Supreme Court or one The Petition of Martin Power of Paradise, Merchant. HUMBLY SHEWETH;
Your petitioner prays that Letters of Administration to the estate of the said John Power be granted to him and as in duty bound will ever pray do. Dated this 4th day of February 1929. Martin J. Power Newfoundland I, Martin Power of Paradise the petitioner named in the foregoing petition make oath and say that the matters and things therein set forth are just and true to the best of my knowledge information and belief. Martin J. Power Sworn before me at St. John's Note: there is handwriting in the left hand margin that I cannot decipher. I can read the date which says July 11/29.
