John Parmiter
To the Honourable the Supreme Court or to One of the Honourable the Judges thereof, The Petition of Martha Butler of Topsail, married Woman, Humbly Sheweth that
Your petitioner, therefore, prays that this Honourable Court or Your Lordship may be pleased to grant to her Letters of Administration of the estate and effects of the said deceased. And Your Petitioner, as in duty bound will ever pray and c. Dated at St. John's, this 22nd day of July, A.D. 1929. Martha Butler In the Supreme Court
In the matter of the estate Newfoundland I, Violet Parmiter of Topsail, make oath and say as follows:
