To the Honourable the Supreme Court or to One of the Honourable the Judges thereof, The Petition of Martha Butler of Topsail, married Woman,

1. John Parmiter late of Topsail, Farmer, deceased, died at that place on the 12^th day of July 1929.
2. The said deceased left surviving his wife is now and who has been for over twenty years an inmate of the Asylum for the Insane, and two daughters, Martha Butler your petitioner, and Violet Parmiter.
3. The said deceased died intestate.
4. The said deceased died possessed of property within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court of the probable value of $2,515.00
5. The paper-writing hereto annexed marked "A" is a correct and true inventory and valuation of all the property of the said deceased at the time of his death as far as Your Petitioner can be present ascertain the same.
6. Neither Probate of any Will nor Letters of Administration of the estate of the said deceased have been applied for by or granted to any person.

Your petitioner, therefore, prays that this Honourable Court or Your Lordship may be pleased to grant to her Letters of Administration of the estate and effects of the said deceased.

And Your Petitioner, as in duty bound will ever pray and c.
