1894 Estate of Sarah Ann White Probate granted to George K. White the Executors --------- named Dated 26th March 1894 Estate sworn under $520000
Notice After three days application will be made to the Supreme Court or one of the Honourable Judges thereof for letters of probate of the will of Sarah Anne White late of St John's widow deceased to be granted to George Keppel White, Frederic Hill White and Arthur M. White the executors named in the said will.
I certify that the notice on the other side hereof written was duly posted up in the Clerk's office on the day of the date hereof and was since that date remained so posted up - and of further that no caveat has been entered thereto St John's March 26, 1894
To the Supreme Court of Newfound-land, or one of the Honourable Judges thereof The petition of George Keppel White of Burgeo Newfoundland, Telegraph Operator, and Arthur Martineau White of St John's aforesaid, Surveyor. Humbly sheweth That your petitioners' late mother Sarah Anne White late of St John's aforesaid Widow died at St John's on the sixteenth day of March instant having previously made and published her last will and testament which is hereto annexed.

(Note: Following written sideways in left margin of this page: This is the paper-writing marked A referred to in my annexed affidavit - G.W.) 26/3/94) This is the last will and testa-ment of me Sarah Anne White of St Johns Newfoundland widow and I hereby revoke all former wills by me made. I give devise and bequeath all my estate of what kind soever of which I shall die possessed (except as heresoafter men-tioned) to such of my children as shall survive me to be divided among them in equal parts or shares. In case I shall die before the maturity of the insurance in the Connecticut Mutual Company on the life of my son Frederic whatsoever(?), the proceeds of which insurance belong to me, it is my desire that he shall continue to pay the premiums thereof and that he be repaid out of the proceeds of the insurance the sums so to be paid by him and I give devise and bequeath the net proceeds of the said insurance to such of my children as shall survive at such maturity to be divided among them in equal parts or shares. I make the following special bequests:- Page 2 my land at Harbour Britan to my son George. I appoint my sons George Keppel White, Frederic Hills White, and Arthur Martineau White executors of this my will.
