TO THE HONOURABLE THE SUPREME COURT OR ONE OF THE HONOURABLE THE JUDGES THEREOF. The Petition of Annie Henderson of Harbor Grace Widow Humbly Sheweth That Petitioners Husband Thomas Henderson late of Harbor Grace Storekeeper deceased died at that place on the 6th.day of December Anno Domini 1891 leaving him surviving his widow (your Petitioner) and as next of kin four sons and one daughter children by a deceased wife. That deceased died intestate and was possessed of property at the time of his death of the probable value of $400.00 ??? believe ??? ??? ?? ??? Will and Administration to the Estate and Effects of deceased has as yet not been granted to any one. Petitioner therefore prays that Administration to the Estate and effects of deceased may be granted to her. And as in duty bound she will ever pray. Dated at Harbor Grace this 22nd day of May A.D. 1892 Annie Henderson

NOTICE. ??ree days from the date hereof I will apply to the Honourable the Supreme Court or one of the Honourable the Judges thereof for Letters of Administration to the Estate and Effects of Thomas Henderson late of Harbor Grace Storekeeper deceased, to be granted to his Widow Annie Henderson. Supreme Court of Newfoundland. Be it Remembered, That on this Twenty fifth day of April in this Fifty fifth year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lady VICTORIA, by the Grace of GOD, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Queen, Defender of the Faith, &c., and in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety two personally appeared Annie Henderson of Of Harbor Grace in the Northern District of the Island of Newfoundland widow and Olive V Travers Draper and John Brunlees? Store Keeper both of Harbor Grace and did acknowledge themselves to be held and firmly bound to our said Sovereign Lady the Queen, Her Heirs and Successors, in the penal Sum of Eight hundred -------------------- dollars to be had, made, and levied on their Goods, Chattels, and effects, jointly and severally if default is made in any of the Conditions following:--- Now the Condition Of this Obligation is such, that if the above bounden Annie Henderson ------------------------- as Administratrix ---------------------------------- of the Estate and Effects of Thomas Henderson ---------------- late of Harbor Grace aforesaid Storekeeper ----- deceased, do make, or cause to be made, a just, true and perfect Inventory of all and singular, the Goods, Credits and effects of the said deceased, which have or shall come to the hands, possession, or knowledge of her the said Annie Henderson - as such Administratrix --------------------------- or to the hands or possession of any other person or persons, for her and the same so made do exhibit, or cause, to be exhibited, into the Supreme Court of Newfoundland, on or before the twenty fifth day of September --------------- next ensuing the date hereof; And the said Goods, Chattels, Credits and Effects, and all other the Goods, Chattels, Credits and Effects of the said deceased at the time of his death, or which at any time afterwards shall come to the hands or possession of her the said Annie Henderson - or to the hands or possession of any other person or persons, for her shall well and truly administer according to Law; And further shall make, or cause to be made, a just and true account of her said Administration on or before the twenty fifth day of April ------------- which will be in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety three and afterwards from time to time as she shall be lawfully required; And all the rest, residue, and remainder of the said Goods, Chattels, Credits and Effects, which shall be found remaining upon the said Administration account, the same being examined and allowed by the said Supreme Court of Newfoundland, shall and do pay and dispose of in a due course of Administration, or in such manner as the said Court shall direct;---then this Oligation to be void and of no effect or else to be and remain in full force and virtue.
