The Petition of James Joseph Collins concerning the Estate of William
Collins To the Honourable the Supreme Court or to one of the Honourable the Judges Thereof The Petition of James Joseph Collins of Saint John's Shopkeeper That deceased at the time of his death was possessed of property sworn (?) under one thousand dollars but part has since been distributed and is now of the probable value of seven hundred dollars. That on the ninth day of September one thousand eight hundred and eighty one the said William J Collins was appointed administrator of the Estate of his late father the said William Collins. That in the month of June eighteen hundred and ninety the said William J Collins died before he had fully administered the said Estate. Petitioner therefore prays that your Lordships will be pleased to grant him
Letters of Administration de noves (?) now to the Estate of the said deceased William Collins. St John's January 9th 1893
