Elizabeth Finlay Estate of Elizabeth Sarah Finlay 1887 Newfoundland, } AFFIDAVIT. You shall swear that you believe this to be the true Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Sarah Finlay late of Saint Johns in the Central District Widow of the Island of Newfoundland Widow deceased------------------- You shall swear that you will pay all the Debts and Legacies of the Deceased; so far as the Goods shall extend and the Law shall bind you; and that you will exhibit a true, full and perfect Inventory of all and every the Goods, Rights and Credits of the deceased,together with a just and true account into the Registry of the Su-preme Court of Newfoundland, when you shall be lawfully called thereto: And you shall further swear that the whole of the Goods, Rights, Chattles, Assets, Credits, and Effects of the said Elizabeth Sarah Finlay --------------------------Deceased, and of which she ---------------- died possessed, do not, according to the best of your knowledge, judgment and belief, amount to the value of Twelve thousand Dollars. last Will and Testament, in the presence of this Deponent and of Frederick W Finlay of St Johns aforesaid Agent-------------------- and that at the time of the said execution of the said Will the said Testatrix was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, to the best of Deponent's knowledge and belief. This is the Last Will And testament of Me Elizabeth Sarah Finlay of St. Johns Newfoundland Widow revoking the codicils? or letters testamentary by me made heretofore To My Son Frederick William Finlay I give and bequeath all Monies belonging to Me , save and except the sum of Twenty Pounds Currency which I give to my servant Harriette Allan provided she is in my service at the time of my decease. To My Son Frederick William Finlay I give And bequeath all my household Furniture, goods and chattles which May be in and upon the premises at the time of my decease. To My Son Frederick William Finlay I give and bequeath that parcel of land situate in the rear of dwelling house and bounded on the North by railway tracks . and also to my son Frederick William Finlay I give And bequeath the land and house situated near the railway depot and adjoining ?oo? ?ow.
