Notice After three days application will be made to the Honourable the Supreme Court or to one of the Honourable the Judges thereof for Letters of Administration of the Estate of Robert Brown late of Saint Johns Engineer deceased to be granted to David Skirving of Saint Johns Engineer St John's May 25 . 1887
To the Honourable the Supreme Court of The Petition of David Skirving of Saint John Engineer Humbly Sheweth That Robert Brown late of Saint
Johns Engineer died there on the twenty first
day of May instant intestate. That the
said deceased left us relatives in this Island
and his nearest of kin are his mother now
That said Robert Brown was at the
Time of his death possessed of property
In Newfoundland of the probable value of
Thirteen hundred dollars Petitioner therefore prays that
administration of the Estate of said deceased
may be granted to him St Johns May 30 .1887

and did acknowledge themselves to be held and firmly bound to our said Lady the Queen,
Her Heirs and Successors, in the penal Sum of Two thousand
Eight hundred--------------- NOW THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH, that if the above bounden David Skirving as Adminis tor of the Estate and Effects of

deceased, do make, or cause to be made, a just, true, and perfect inventory of all and singular the Goods, Credits and Effects of the said deceased, which have or shall come to the hands, possession, or
