Notice After three days application will be
made to the Honourable the Supreme
Court or to one of the Honourable the
Judges thereof for Letters of Administration
of the Estate of William Boyd late of
Saint Johns Lumber Merchant. Deceased
to be granted to his widow SillaSophia Boyd
I certify that the notice on the
other side hereof was posted in my
office on the day of the date
thereof and has remained there
until this day and that no
caveat or other objection has been
entered thereto
To the Honourable the Supreme Court of Newfoundland or to one of the Honourable the Judges thereof The Petition of Silla Sophia Boyd of Saint Johns Widow Humbly Sheweth That William Boyd late of Saint Johns Lumber Merchant, died there on the Twenty fifth day of August last intestate Leaving him Surviving Your petitioner (his Widow) and one brother residing at St Johns aforesaid That said deceased at the time of his death was possessed of property of the probable value of ten thousand dollars That no probate of any will nor Administration of the Estate of said deceased has been granted to any person Petitioner therefore prays that
administration of the Estate of said deceased
may be granted to her
