Notice After three days, application will be made to the Honourable the Supreme Court or to one of the Honourable the Judges thereof of Letters of Administration of the Estate of William H. Pippy, late of Saint John's, Accountant, deceased, to be granted to Joseph Pippy of Saint John's ?????? brother of deceased.
To the Honourable the Supreme Court of Newfoundland or one of the Honourable the Judges thereof The Petition of William D. Pippy of Saint John's, Tinsmith Honorably Shewith That William Henry Pippy, late of Saint John's, Accountant, died there on the first day of October last, intestate, leaving him surviving his widow Annie and seven Children namely (1) Margaret Ann aged 22 (2) Thomas A. (3) Charles F. (4) Jane E. (5) George A. (6) Jessie M. (7) James A, all under the age of twenty one years. William D. Pippy

SUPREME COURT OF NEWFOUNDLAND Be it Remembered, That on this 24th day of December in the 50th Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lady VICTORIA, by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Queen, Defender of the Faith, &c, and in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty-six personally appeared William D. Pippy of Saint John's in the Central District of the Island of Newfoundland, Tinsmith, Solomon Moore of same place, Dealer and Elias Goudie of same place, Tinsmith, and did acknowledge themselves to be held and firmly bound to our said Lady the Queen, her Heirs and Successors, in the penal Sum of Eight Hundred Dollars, to be had, made and levied on their Goods, Chattels and Effects, jointly and severally, if Default is made in any of the conditions following:-- NOW THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH, that if the above bounden William D. Pippy as Administrator of the Estate and Effects of William Henry Pippy, late of St. John's aforesaid, Accountant, deceased, do make, or cause to be made, a just, true, and perfect inventory of all and singular the Goods, Credits and Effects of the said deceased, which have or shall come to the hands, possession, or knowledge of him the said William D. Pippy as such Administrator or to the hands or possession of any other person, or persons, for him and the same so made do exhibit, or cause to be exhibited, in the Supreme Court of Newfoundland, at or before the 24th day of Signed and Sealed in William D. Pippy
