Little, Assistant Judges of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland. To Prescott Emerson of St. John's in the Central District of Newfoundland, Chief Clerk & Registrar of Supreme Court, Greeting, By virtue of the power and authority vested in us by an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, and Ireland, passed in the Reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, entitled "An Act for the better administration of Justice in Newfoundland, and for other purposes": We do by these Presents constitute and appoint you, the said Prescott Emerson to be Guardian and Keeper of the Person and Estate of Nathan Hussey, son of Absalom Hussey, late of Camp Islands, Labrador, Planter, deceased; BY ORDER OF THE COURT:
