Greeting

By virtue of the power and authority vested in us by an Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, passed in the Reign of His late Majesty King George the Fourth, entitled "An Act for the better administration of justice in Newfoundland and for other purposes", We do by these presents constitute and appoint you, the said Prescott Emerson to be Guardian of the Estate of Frederick Martin Hall, son of Martin Luther Hall and Isabella Hall of Liverpool, England.
