In re
John Henry Ebsary deceased.
This is the last will and testament
of me John Henry Ebsary of South side Saint John’s Newfoundland
Cooper. I give devise devise and bequeath unto my wife Elizabeth
Ebsary for the period of her natural life, and then to be divided
among my children who shall be living at the time of my death share and
share alike, all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever.
And I do hereby constitute and appoint the said Elizabeth Ebsary the
sole executrix of this my will. In witness whereof I have hereunto set
my hand this third day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and ninety seven, and declared this as and for my last
will and testament - John Henry his x mark Ebsary -
Signed and delivered by the said Testator as and for his last will and
testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence
of each other and at his request have subscribed our names as witness
the day and year above mentioned Edward Botwood Archdeacon St. John’s William
Hatchett St. John’s Labourer
