In re       DECEASED.
      THOMAS EBBS.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ME, Thomas Ebbs, of Saint John’s in the island of Newfoundland, Farmer.
I hereby revoke all former wills and testamentary dispositions by me before at any time made and I declare this to be my last will and testament.
I direct that all my funeral and testamentary expenses shall first be paid out of my estate.
I give, devise and bequeath all property of every description of which I may die possessed to my cousin, Margaret Conway, widow of John T Conway to be hers absolutely and I appoint her the Executrix of this my will.
In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand this Twenty-fifth day of April Anno Domini one thousand Nine hundred and twenty one.

SIGNED PUBLISHED AND DECLARED by the said testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribe our names as witnesses, the said will having been read over and explained to the said testator who appeared perfectly to understand the same and who signed the same by making his mark thereto in our presence.
