Will of Mary Easton from Newfoundland will books volume 5 pages 31-32 probate year 1886

Last Will and Testament of Mary
Easton late of Brigus C. Bay Widow
deceased

      In the name of God Amen
This last will and testament of me Mary Easton widow of Brigus Newfoundland was made this nineteenth day of February in the year of our Lord 1886. I appoint Captain Ezariah Munden & Mr. Geo. C. Jerritt of Brigus as executors of this my last will and testament.
I give and bequeath to John Way who is now residing in my house the small garden or piece of land situate between my dwelling house and Mr Samuel Mahers house. I also give and bequeath to the said John Way whatever furniture may be in the kitchen of my house at the time of my death.
I furthur stipulate that the said John Way have the right of inhabiting my swelling house for a period not exceeding three years from the date of my death. At the end of the space or term of three years from the date of my death the said dwelling house with the land on which it stands shall become the sole property of John Watts of Brigus to whom I bequeath it.      I give and bequeath to Widow ?? Watts and her daughter Mary Watts three chairs one bedstead two beds boxes, table in bedroom my clothes and whatever else I may own at the date of my death save and excepting the bequests aforemade to the before mentioned John Way and John Watts.       The above having been read over to the testator in the presence and in the hearing of the said testator and two attesting witnesses was then signed by the said testator in the presence of the two attesting witnesses at Brigus aforesaid this nineteenth day of February A.D. 1886 - Mary Easton -
