      In The name of the Father son and Holy Ghost, Amen I, Isaac Earl of (John) being sound in mind and memory do on this 29^th day of September in the year of our Lord nineteen hundred and ten, make this my last will and testament as follows:- To Stephen Mercer of Jas I give my dwelling House stabels Seller, and out houses and Land cleared and uncleared Except twenty feet of land I will to Edward Snow, ten feet South of his house, and ten feet west of his house. I will Stephen Mercers son Abert the bead I use, and bead clothes, beadsted, my watch, and Box. And I also will to the saind Stephen Mercer of Jas my horse wheels and cart, and all my house furnuter and effects.
