In re SAMUEL A. EALES deceased.
This is the last will and testament
of me, Samuel Ashton Eales, of St. John's Farmer.
First,
it is my will and desire that my executrix hereinafter named shall see that
all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses are first paid.
Secondly,
I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Sarah Anne Eales, and my daughter,
Jessie Eales, all my farm and other lands situate on the north
side of the Topsail Road; together with the dwelling house now occupied by
me, and all the furniture and utensils contained therein; also the barns and
outhouses; also all farming utensils and all the live stock on the said farm;
for their support and maintenance, to be divided equally between them.
Thirdly,
I give devise and bequeath to my said wife, Sarah Anne Eales, and my said daughter,
Jessie Eales, all moneys which I may have deposited in any of the Banks or
otherwise invested at the time of my death, to be divided equally between them,
share and share alike.
Fourthly, I give, devise and bequeath to my
daughter, Fanny, wife of Henry Cowen, All
that piece or parcel of land situate on the south side of the Topsail Road,
immediately opposite my said dwelling house, for her sole and separate use.
Fifthly, I hereby constitute and appoint my daughter, Jessie Eales,
to be the executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking
all other and former wills that may have been made by him. In
testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my hand at St. John's this
24th day of July A.D. 1911. Samuel
